Rules Question: Engine of the Gods

So I was wondering if the Special Rule "Arcane Configuration" for the Engine of the Gods is cumulative if you have more than one on the field.  Does it lower the casting value by two if you have tow Engines on the field?  Etc.  (I doubt it, but thought I'd ask and get your input.)
