So we got three units in close combat corner to corner charged by a 4 unit. Does it have to charge corner to corner to maximize (bring a corner of ogre unit into base contact) Or is it enough to charge one unit and maximize it?

This is covered by BRB p. 18: "A unit can normally only declare a charge at a single enemy unit. However, if there is no way at all of completing the charge against an enemy unit without touching another (sometimes known as 'clipping') then the charging unit must also declare a charge against the other unit(s)."
Since you can complete the charge against that unit without clipping the other unit, that is the way to do it, and you maximise in such a way, that the other unit is not touched.
To add, I should point out there is actually a contradictory FAQ (surprise!):
Official Update Version 1.9, p. 6: Q: If I can only maximise the number of models fighting by contacting another enemy unit, must I declare a charge against that unit? (p20) A: No.
Of course, if an FAQ contradicts the BRB, the BRB wins. However, it looks to me from the picture that you can maximise without touching the other unit in any case.

Well if I touch/clip four ogre models come into contact if not only three so maximizing involves clipping.

You only have to maximise the models of the charging unit and the unit that is being charged by it, not of any other units.

And to add here BRB p. 22: "There is one important principle that you should always keep in mind when charging: under no circumstances can a unit use its charge move to move into contact with an enemy it has not declared a charge against."
