They look fantastic and I love your painting style. Totally agree. Stunning looking army. Are those 3 Corpse Carts awaiting painting? They're a great model to paint.

Yes, I do have 3 plus I made a baggage train back in 2005 that oddly enough is going to make ANOTHER corpse cart... why the heck I would need 4 is beyond me......
Thank you for the kind words regarding the army! 😃

So a funny thing happened while organizing my minis case: 1982, Spring 8th grade- Citadel Miniature Orc Boss, painted for a D&D adventure I was running. Super proud of him at the time!! Then I discovered the original Slambo Chaos Warrior I painted in 9th grade. Inspired by White Dwarf article where the painters were using artist inks to colorize the metals with the ink washes. I washed this guy in red ink a billion times to get the metallic flakes to tone down. Super psyched about this guy at the time too. Hope you enjoy my trip down memory lane.

Nice! I wished my models looked that good when I panted in the 90s. I am missing all my old models... think i rhrow them away when i were too sick of them only needing space and moving from place to place never used.

I am missing all my old models... think i rhrow them away when i were too sick of them only needing space and moving from place to place never used. These are the only two I have left!! I threw out a ton of old lead about 3 years ago! Sad, but true. As you say, space is a premium these days!

I still love that slambo model. I have my 6 single axe versions from hero quest but always wanted him too.

As I said before, it looks great, and the colour combinations you've chosen work really well.

You need to join in with the monthly painting challenges - set yourself some targets. I've found it's really helped me remain motivated to get my dwarves done.
