So I heard something about stomps and mixed units(you Can't stomp if one cancel it, like a horse mounts in an infantry unit).
I have tried searching in BRB and FAQ but not sure what to search on and fall short.

That is an erroneous extrapolation from the Lizardmen Update 1.5, p.4:
Q: Can you Stomp or Thunderstomp a unit of Skinks that contains Kroxigor? (p94). A: No, a mixed unit has the troop type of Unique.
But that is something completely different: the Kroxigor are a specific upgrade for the Skinks. But a mounted character joining an infantry unit does not change the troop type of that combined - not mixed! - unit to "unique".

We also found this part in Skaven faq. Not sure why they didn't add to the brb faq and removed the curse part.
Q: Can I target a unit with The Curse of the Horned Rat comprised of infantry and non-infantry models? (p79)
A: No, unless all of the non-infantry models are characters. Such units are unique units and as such cannot be targeted by The Curse of the Horned Rat. Note that adding a character to a unit of a different troop type will not make that unit unique, it’s troop type will be unchanged.

Because it was not necessary. Warhammer is a permissive system: it will tell you what can be done. If it does not tell you that it can be done, it cannot. Since the BRB does not tell you that the troop type changes, it does not. The error is in the Lizrdmen AB, which should have stated from the start that a Skink Cohort with Kroxigor has the troop type "Unique."
