Hi
I wonder if you score points on the death of special rules like Skaven slaves explodes or squig herds go wild (army book OnG p54).
Example my BSB is only char left when the last handler dies and squig herd explodes. The BSB dies from the explosions. Will this count for victory points?

You get the points for the BSB in the combat phase (I think!) - so depends when the exploding rats/squigs happen (I think!)
Edit: I looked up Last Stand and Seized Standards rules... You get the VPs if the unit flees or the model dies in combat.
So I assume abilities like Squigs/Rat slaves still happen "in combat"? Or having taken a break test, are not in combat anymore?

BRB p. 143: Seized Standards. You score an additional 25 victory points for every enemy standard bearer that was removed due to the Last Stand rule (see page 94), or was slain in close combat (remember this can only happen once the rest of his unit, except the champion, are dead). If the enemy Battle Standard Bearer is slain under these circumstances, his death instead scores an additional 100 victory points.
The explaining note following the paragraph states: "Note that if a standard bearer of any kind is killed by a shooting attack, spell or anything else outside of close combat, these extra victory points are not scored (the enemy is assumed to whisk their prized banner away before your troops can get ahold of it)."
I should think "slain in close combat" is best understood as "slain by close combat attacks." While the Squig Go Wild and Cornered rats special rules happen within the Close Combat phase, they are not CC attacks, since they affect all units within 2D6/D6" (and in the case of the Skavenslaves happen after they have failed their Break test). Indeed, the Squig and the Skavenslaves are removed afterward from play, so it is difficult to assume they have gotten hold of the banner (at least not beyond immediate retrieval). Therefore, a BSB killed in this manner would not count as having been slain in close combat.
