I'm talking Marks of Chaos here.
Can an unmarked Beastlord join a unit of Tzeentch marked gor for example?
I know that if the Beastlord had a different mark he wouldn't be allowed per Glottkin rules but didn't see any specific exclusion for an unmarked character.
Follow up question, flipside.
Could a Tzeentch marked character join an unmarked unit?

I believe Yes, an unmarked character can join any unit(unless other special rules prohibit it) marked or not. But I will edit this posts with rules section as soon as can. So nothing in the rules in AB prohibits:

I believe the chaos book says all models must have the same mark.

What strutsagget says. Note that a Tzeentch marked character cannot join an unmarked unit, if that has already been joined by a character with a different Mark.

"Can a Chaos unmarked character joining a marked unit?"
Short answer: Yes.
I love putting Level 1 (or 2) Unmarked Chaos Sorcerers into small units of 14 Marauders w. Mark of Slaanesh. They get a LOOK OUT SIR flesh shield and they're immune to terror and panic, etc.
The Sorcerer hides in the unit until he 6-dices some spell. Then he leaves the unit and the unit acts as a speed bump.
