Hello!
Played another battle, High Elves and Skaven as in the title. It's written up on Ulthuan, comments are appreciated!

Another great report, and I love seeing Skaven being thrashed. I think your army selection was quite punchy with minimal chaff and virtually no ranged threat aside from magic, but with your opponent's army similarly lacking in much of a ranged threat, it worked well for you. I thought you were in serious trouble at the end of turn 2, but you turned it around by going all-in. I'm looking forward to reading more.

Awesome report man. Good pictures and great detail! I’m sad my the Skaven man. Close to my heart those Skaven. Good job completely negating his slaves man. If they don’t bog down something they are likely to be worthless in my view.

Very nice report and congrats on the win! How come your opponent did not run dreaded 13 spells?

Thanks!
I did too! I wasn't expecting my flanks to be turned either so quickly or so easily. The Spearmen panicking was just insulting, but it actually ended up working to my advantage putting them in the right place to fight the Rat Ogres next.
I thought I'd try something a bit different this time, as in my previous games I've usually just cut right through the Slaves, but as you said that usually slows my blocks down and in one game led to my Phoenix Guard getting encircled. This time I decided to try avoiding them and it worked out very well.
That's the personal preference of my opponent. He thinks that the Dreaded 13th is too powerful and just a broken spell, so he doesn't like playing it.
