Four 30 rat Clanrat units seems an odd choice - is there a reason behind that? Clanrats don't really do much aside from pushing a Screaming Bell or tarpitting, and Slaves do the latter for cheaper (plus your warpfire throwers can target into combats with Slaves in there, which is great fun). You could also do with a Stormvermin or Plague Monk block that's actually capable of inflicting some wounds, as the Clanrats definitely aren't.
The Chieftan BSB is vital to keeping your blocks going, so could do with some more protection - either boost the armour save with something like the Enchanted Shield, or look for a ward save. Warpstone armour isn't great without a further boost to your save - you really want a 2+ to make decent use of it.
Also, everyone's favourite rat darts are useful chaff.

sedge makes good points. The list really only has one legitimate threat, and that's Skweel's Rat Ogres. Your WFT are very dangerous, and I love them, along with the PWM (which I feel are our best weapon teams), but they are very vulnerable. Any army with even minimal shooting will likely kill two teams on their first turn and the other two on the second. They no longer get -1 to be shot at, and even their 4+ ward within 3" of their parent doesn't protect them much. Some chaff units, or slaves to give hard cover may help keep them alive to do damage, especially the WFT who suffer from Move or Fire. He mentioned the Warpstone Armor on the BSB...I would give him the Foul Pendant, if you really want to spend those 30 points on him. I run mine with the Dragonbane gem and a halberd, and he rarely dies, because I have so many units that can keep him out of the fight. One last thing to consider, that many people don't realize, or forget, since Skweel counts as a champion, he must be in the front rank. With Rat Ogres, since his base size doesn't mesh, that means he goes on the far right, or far left and may be more vulnerable to being singled out. He also technically doesn't get a look out sir. I know he's really only there to boost the Rat Ogres, so him dying afterwards doesn't matter, but just keep that in mind.

Good point on sleep, should I drop the ogres in favor of plague monks?

They're quite different roles - Plague Monks give you lots of low strength attacks, Rat Ogres are one of your few sources of higher strength attacks.
As a very rough suggestion of altering the list (but not too much) I'd suggest combining two Clanrat units into one massive block that can push the Bell. Change another of your Clanrat units to Slaves, drop the other, and see if you can fit some Stormvermin and/or Plague Monks in to give yourself another "damage dealer".
