The mino unit was not goodbut a lot of fun against less then top shelf competition. I personally got a lot of mileage out of 2-3 doombull/gorbulls. Took some planning to use right but pretty effective. Giving a unit frenzy reduced the panic susceptability of beastmen and a smart player could generally control frenzhy forced charging reasonably well.

I like it how minotaurs can 'fatty up'. I once got a minotaur crew up to 7 attacks each.... boy were they fearsome.

I like the different options in the Beastmen book. Also lots of characters that are not too expensive...will be fun

I personally think the new Khazrak miniature and the old Gorthor models have a lot of style. I wish GW had released a plastic clampack beastlord. The plastic shaman is great. I also always wanted to see a Brass Bull model alas. Have fun trying the characters.
