Bit of an odd question and I'm thinking it would come down to a RAW interpretation:
If you trigger a one use only Potion (Strength, Speed, Toughness or Foolhardiness) and then Transform; do you retain the bonus in your transformed state? Or do you lose the bonus as: "...All of his Magic Items and Mundane Equipment temporarily stop working..."
I would assume that you would lose the bonus unless the spell ends before the end of the turn somehow? As technically theres nothing to differentiate from any other magic item with a bonus other than the "one use only" activation.
