Today is the 143rd day of the year. You are really close to making the one mini per day average that separates the truly mighty wielders of the brush from the rest of us. ...and then you do it at a really high quality! Nice stuff on here. Thank you very much. you are to kind.

Good stuff, and I like the way you've differentiated the chariots. I hope you don't mind some constructive feedback on the BSB - he looks great, but I don't think he stands out enough from your Chaos Warrior unit standard bearer. The usual way of making Chaos models more ostentatious is sticking spikes on them... but you may get a better result from hanging some trophies from the banner pole. If you've given any of your friends a proper kicking recently with Warriors of Chaos, then hang some trophies from their army up there, and it'll properly stand out. Hi, thanks for your comment. Yeah I know what you mean about him not standing out it was more that I just using what I had at hand at the time. I have been making some nurgle daemons so may swap out the banner for one of their banners and see if I can raid my bits box to make something a little more eye catching and nurglely.

Hi everyone. I hope you are all well. I have been a bit busy with work so not much hobby time at the moment but I did have time to make a new BSB. After a few comments of advice and the fact I know have some more chaos/chaos daemon bits I made this fella... His flag still needs something as its too clean don't know if I am brave enough to free hand but I will have a think.

Those plaguebearers are looking really good Shaggy, did you use any of GW technical paints on them by the way ?

Brilliant Shaggy. I like your darker green plaguebearer scheme over the GW one.

Those plaguebearers are looking really good Shaggy, did you use any of GW technical paints on them by the way ? Thanks. I used a mixture of paints from Army painter, GW and Game colour. I did use a few technical paints like blood for the blood god and a splash of Nurgles rot . I used the undead flesh (forgot name ) spray from army painter with a dry brush of game colour plague flesh and and Army painter green wash. The recipe seemed to work out ok.

Yep the darker green looks great. I’m coming to the conclusion that daemons all need to have a darker colour than the ‘official’ schemes that GW use.

Hello again, So I have been lucky enough to get back and play some games over the last few weeks as my gaming group is playing a Blood In The Badlands campaign and I am getting to use all of my new Nurgle WOC. If you want to check out any of the battle reports they are on my blog just such for Shaggy Wargaming or visit the Blog here. While that has been going on I have been continuing my work on my Nurgle Daemons army and its going well. First Up I have painted another 20 Plaguebearers but this time I have magnetised the arms of the command unit do they can be regular troops and I have magnetised the bases just in case I dare play a round based game I also looked through my grey pile and used these Lust expansion models from The Others board game as my Beasts of Nurgle. The bases will need to be mounted on square bases and finished but almost there. Next up I painted 6 Plague Drones which I hope will cause some havoc. Lastly I think this has been the most enjoyable to paint so far. I wanted to get Epidemius for my army but could not find it in stock and was to expansive on Ebay so lucky I found this model cheap and he is going to be my proxy Epidemius. So thats it for now I think I have painted way over 200 miniatures this year so thats a good record. I have a proxy model in mind for the great unclean one (as I cant spend £80+ even though its an awesome model) so I hope to get that painted in between games of BITBL.

A whole campaign going?!? lucky you! A link to your website is fine, just don't say out loud that you put stuff on round bases Epidemius looks great...actually everything does. You are picking out so many details that the units are not a green mass. Really nice.

Merry Christmas Everyone. Its been a little while since I have posted due to work and other goings on but this has not stoped me completing my Nurgle Daemon Army and My Nurgle Chaos Warrior army. So let's start with the Nurgle Daemons. So I had all the Plaguebearers finished and few more units for my WOC army but as a change I decided I wanted to add a Great Unclean One to my growing Nurgle Daemons army. First I found this model from the others board game that I though would work as a Vortext beast as well. Well I was happy with that until I saw this come up on ebay and decided this will definitely Be my GUO. And Finally here is all of the army together.. So thats my Nurgle Daemons so far and I can't wait to use them..
