Hi,
Destroyer says after successfully hitting an opponent 'immediately' roll a die and on a 4+ destroy a magic item at random. Does 'immediately' mean before rolling to wound or does this just happen at the same initiative as the whole attack? So basically can I potentially destroy someones magic armor before wounding and therefore bypass any saves it gives against Malekiths attacks that round?
Secondly, is this able to destroy the magic banner of a unit standard bearer? I'm doubtful as I think you would need to target the SB directly which I don't believe you can? Thanks in advance.

Immediately" means exactly that. The first thing you do after scoring one or more hits against a model with any magic items, is to roll the die to see whether any magic item is destroyed. So, the answer to your second question is 'yes.' Note that you only roll the die once, regardless of the number of hits.
Regarding your third question, you can target the SB, but he usually cannot be removed.
BRB p. 94: "We assume that if the standard bearer is slain, another warrior will step forward to raise the fallen standard aloft. Accordingly, the standard bearer cannot normally be removed as a casualty unless only he and the champion (if there is one) remain in the unit."
However, in this case, targeting the musician would have an effect, namely destroying the magic standard.
