Got a T&T game in recently. 1500 points each side, the lists were roughly as follows
VC Level 3 Vampire on Steed, 4 up save, red fury, ASF sword Level 2 Necro lore of vampires Level 2 Necro lore of Undeath 20 zombies 20 zombies 45 Skeletons FC 1 Spirit Host 9 Black Knights 3 Vargheists 2 Fell Bats
Empire Army #1 Level 4 Wizard lore of heavens BSB 35 halberdiers FC 5 crossbowmen 10 handgunners Mortar 24 Flagellants Hellblaster Volley Gun Steam Tank
Empire Army #2 Level 4 wizard lore of Fire BSB Warror priest on horse 35 halberdiers 5 archers 5 archers 9 inner circle knights FC 30 greatswords Hellblaster volley gun
Game recap I played the VC and i think every phase except one, i was declared the enemy. So i was fighting basically a 2 front battle (not good) The VC lord in the black knights got decimated by dual Hellblasters and shooting, only the VC lord got into combat eventually and killed most of empire army #2s halberdiers until a lucky halberdier was able to kill the VC lord.
My spirit host was able to hold up empire army #1s flagellants almost the entire game
The zombie units got bigger, but died just as quick.
Skeleton unit took the brunt of mortar shots, but was able to eventually kill off the flagellants and a unit of crossbowmen
The lore of undeath wizard was able to summon a varghulf which destroyed one of the hellblasters and empire army #1s halberdier unit (flank charge, halberdiers failed their break check X2)
In the end, empire army 2 won via points. He was able to get his knights and priest into my wizard bunkers and killed one of them, along with killing my general. It was a fun and long game. Next time i think i will have to simplify the rules.

Haha looks like a fun game, have never played any T&T.
Your lists also all look very mean!

Haha looks like a fun game, have never played any T&T. Your lists also all look very mean! Its a fun game, though you need to be familiar with the rules if you wabt it to progress at a decent pace. The lists i thought were not too OP. The one empire army wanted a lot of shooting, so the rest of his army lacked in some areas

What about the rules were you thinking about simplifying?

What about the rules were you thinking about simplifying? I mean to speed the game up, ditch the cards and the tokens, just go by standard victory points and whoever is closest to the middle of the board gets 100 vps per turn

I mean, I guess you could do that. The tokens and cards are part of what make it so fun! At least to me. If you wanted to just have basic rules to run a multi person game, I guess that could work for you

The cards really amp up treachery, pretty key to make the game memorable. In our experience the main thing slowing down the game is the bantering and high-stakes negotiations. But then, that's the best part so I don't mind.

I kove triumph and treachery, but i think i need to cut down on the rules as one of the people im playing against is very new and warhammer already has a lot of rules to get used to.
