I'm learning the ropes so i'm often on this forum : )
01 Leadership test to not overrun? Enemy unit wiped out in the close combat phase: The attacking unit can end end his movement (maybe reforming) or he has to take a leadership test to not overrun?
02 Charging on the first turn of the player starting the game. It is possible? Thx a lot!

Q1: Yes. Overrun is "essentially a special pursuit move" (BRB p. 58) and a "unit that does not pursue can perform a reform manoeuvre. If your unit elected to restrain and passed the test to do so, or wiped out the enemy and did not overrun, it can now perform a reform manoeuvre." Note that, in the case of Overrun, you do not have to take a Ld test. Note also BRB Official Update Version 1.9, p.8: Q: If I charge an enemy and they are wiped out before the Close Combat phase, can I choose to either Overrun or Reform From Victory? If I can, when does this occur? (p58) A: Yes. This occurs at the start of the Close Combat phase before any blows have been struck. Q2: Yes. You might, for instance, be able to charge enemy scouts or Vanguard units.
