Let's say that for some reason, I decide to have three level 4 High Elf archmages, that are all High Magic. Do I roll spells for each as normal? When it comes to casting, and they all end up rolling Fiery Convocation, can each mage attempt to cast it in the magic phase provided there are enough power dice?

Yes, you do roll for spells as normal. Apart from signature spells, "each spell can only be known once in the same army. The only exceptions are where a spell is not generated randomly" (BRB p. 490), which is not the case here. Therefore, "if you roll a spell twice (whether for the same Wizard or for a different Wizard in the army) you must normally replace the duplicate spell with another of your choice from the same Lore" (or one of the High Magic signature spells). "If you cannot, because all the other spells have already been taken by other Wizards, for example, then this extra spell slot is lost" (ibidem).
If you want to have a spell twice, you would need to take Teclis, because his HM spells are not generated randomly.

Excellent, that's what I figured. I, for the life of me, could not find that entry in the BRB, but I kept looking in the magic phase chapter instead of the Lores section. Thanks Fvon, once again, you've led me to the light.
