Great to see the Tzaangors not being OP. Yeah, their shooting is severely limited by being only one shot per model, and because they're Monstrous Cavalry, which come in units of fewer models, not many shots will be fired. I could always give them Multiple Shots, but that would require a lore explanation as to why their bows, even if they're of Daemonic creation, somehow get to fire multiple arrows at once (or in such quick succession that it counts as a Multiple Shot weapon). I trust you used my rules for all your other units too? How did they get on against the Tomb Kings? Your version has I think 3 multi shots. Page 71 number of your pdf. That's how I played them, still not op at all. I did 2 units of 3. I just checked your v1.1 and you have them as cavalry and not monstrous cavalry. I didn't play them as having a stomp I remember. It was ages ago, so I can't really remember much else about the game except that I thought the Tzaangor rules were cool and seemed pretty balanced.
