Just 2 questions that are bugging me;
Models with the Hover Special Rule follow all the rules for Fliers, does this include the PPP's effect forcing Models with Fly to reroll hits in melee? I'm not 100% that "Follows All the Rules for Fliers." is good enough to qualify for a "Models With the Fly Special Rule." Clause.
And the Storm of Magic Griffon's Bloodroar states that models in base contact take their Fear or Terror Leadership Tests on 3d6 drop the lowest, however Terror never has an effect in base contact; it simply grants the Fear rule and a caveat that it Causes Fear in models that have Fear. The Empire Army Book Griffon's Bloodroar rule states that all models that are affected by the beasts Fear and Terror rules take their Leadership Tests on 3d6 drop the lowest, which doesn't have the base contact clause. Is the Storm of Magic Griffon's Bloodroar effectively nerfed in comparison? Is including Terror in there a useless clause, on some assumption that without mentioning it that Fear-causing models would not be subject to the Bloodroars rule or did the writer assume that the Terror rule took place after the Griffon made base contact?

As it happens, the description of the Fly special rule (BRB p. 70) only speaks about "flyer(s)" not "models with the Fly special rule." Hence, "flyer" is just shorthand for "models with the Fly special rule," and the PPP applies to models with the Hover special rule too.
You are quite correct: that Bloodroar has been nerfed in comparison. The Terror could be an error due to copy/paste, but, more likely in my view, it is, indeed, to avoid any assertion that Fear-causing models would not be subject to this version of the Bloodroar spacial rule.

Well unfortunate on the second count but useful on the first. Thanks again.

On a more pedantic Pendant side tangent; the Pendant protects the Bearer and his Unit, does this include Mounts in the case of a Monster or Chariot Mount? Or is a Tomb Prince in a chariot unit protecting everybodies ride but his own.
Edit: for the purpose of this Thread I have gotten the Pidgeon Plucker Pendant and the Featherfoe Torc mixed up, the question remains the same...

Unless specifically stated otherwise, effects that affect a unit, affect all elements of that unit.
BRB p. 100: "On the other hand, many spells and magic items bestow special rules and other effects on units. In this case, everyone (including the character) in the combined unit will be affected."

Thanks again, I was uncertain how pedantic the part about unit vs bearer vs model would be when it comes to monstrous mounts.

When dealing with rules questions before or after a game, one cannot be pedantic enough. When dealing with rules questions during a game, one cannot be lenient enough.

With the caveat: being lenient does not mean allowing yourself to be screwed over...
