Strongest high elves list you can think of?

A strong list by itself won't win you games - I'm strongly of the mind that the most affective lists are those you are comfortable and experienced with using 👌

That being said, I personally think our most effective core of a list is Alarielle, in a chunky, wide unit of White Lions with Banner of the World dragon on the unit BSB. Add other characters to that unit to taste and build the rear of the list with High Elf list staples and/or list elements you're comfortable with.

Frostheart phoenixes have to be there too, at least one in every list

Really though, just get good at a list, keep playing it over and over - the experience you get playing the list, and understanding what elements of your army go where and do what, and working out your good and bad matchups are key
