Many questions, probably left to our interpretation but I'd like to see what others think.
Can the character change its facing during the swap?
If the wizard successfully charged and swaps places, does the swapped character benefit from charge bonuses. Ie impact hits, combat res, lance etc.. ?
Does the swapped character count as having moved for the purpose of shooting?

I'll start with the last question: the Smoke and Mirrors place swap does not count as movement.
BRB Official Update Version 1.9, p.14: Q: If a character tries to leave a unit that is affected by the Net of Amyntok (or another similar spell or ability such as a Fulminating Flame Cage) including if he tries to charge out of it, is he required to take a Strength test? Also, if the test is failed, will any resulting damage hit only the character? (Reference) A: Yes to both question. Though it is worth noting that a test is not required if he leaves without moving, through the Smoke and Mirrors lore attribute for example. [Italics mine]
Since it is not movement, I should think that, if the swap is with a lone character, you keep the original facing(s). However, since "All models in a unit must face the same direction" (BRB p. 10), any character that is swapped into a unit, must, of course, face the same direction as the rest of the unit.
The answer to the second question is no, based on the following FAQ as precedent:
BRB Official Update Version 1.9, p. 13: Q: If models are resurrected in a unit that has charged that turn, do the resurrected models count as having charged? (Reference) A: No, but remember that the unit will still count as having charged when working out the combat result.

Ok so if Chariot(character) A in Position 1 facing North just completed a charge against a unit swaps places with Chariot(character)B in position 2 facing south west in 2nd round of combat.
How would you resolve the facing?
I would have both keep the respective facings of the positions thus no movement has occurred. Chariot A would face south west in pos 2 and Chariot B would face north in position 1
Then for the charge bonus Chariot B would get no bonuses. Chariot A however would claim the charge bonuses for spear...etc and combat res?

Well, "swap" could be read either way, but the FAQ seems to indicate that A keeps facing north, and B south. As so often, this rule leads to some obvious questions, which GW could/should have answered immediately, but failed to do so. But as always: if your opponent and you agree, feel free to play it differently.
