We couldn't decide if hatred was reactivated after a unit Fell Back In Good Order or not. The pursuit does count as a charge. But hatred A model says "a model with this special rule may re-roll any failed rolls To Hit made against a hated enemy during the first round of combat."
We couldnt decide if it was the first round of combat again after FBIGO. In the answer is yes, hatred is really really good!

It's still an "ongoing combat" as per the FAQ that was released, so Hatred wouldn't work in subsequent rounds. You'd have have your opponent Fall Back in Good Order or Give Ground on their turn, then you'd have to test to restrain, and charge in your turn for it to be a new combat.

It was actually an FAQ about picking different weapons in a situation where you Fall Back or Give Ground, but the wording clarifies this situation.

Is there any practical reason to do this instead of just following up and counting it as charged? Asides from I guess the restrain test being the "gate" deciding if you get a charge in or not, it seems almost any distance the enemy FBIGO is still well and truly close enough for the unit that won to successfully charge next time.

Besides: change weapons, reactivate hatred, having the choice to go elsewhere (not knowing the results of other fights). Magic stuff? Commands? I dunno
