Had a game vs an all Khorne DoC & the mundane ward seemed to leave them very vulnerable. Anone has similar experience playing with or against DoC?

Can you expand on your thoughts? What faction were you playing?
Only having a ward save makes Daemons more vulnerable to high numbers of attacks with poor armor penetration. But it will help against low number of high high armor penetration attacks.

I think Khaosgoblin means the ward save being cancelled by magical attacks (as Deamons are warp spawned).

Only in 6th Ed, at least until the daemonic legions list came out in the Storm of Chaos campaign book. They’ve had a standard ward save through 7th and 8th.

Hi to clarify, I played a game vs an all Khorne & the lack of ward save made them very vulnerable to mm & weapons. Most DoC core are T3 with pretty much no Armour. I imagine Nurgle may be feasible but the rest will struggle.
