I had a very large Vampire army up until a few years ago. Undead...just don't do it for my anymore. My playstyle with the Undead involved spamming crap troops and using recursion to keep me in the fight. Once they changed magic and I was no longer able to keep up with the casualties I was taking I lost interest in the Undead and sold the army.
Still no regrets there.

I had the same playstyle in 6th/7th with vampires - largely shelved during 8th as the optimal style wasn't what I thought was cool with that army.

Unfortunately Tapatalk doesn't support polls.
I have about 10 armies in total of various sizes. I probably have the most points in dwarfs total, about 7500 including characters

Main Army: Dwarves Secondary Armies: Skaven and Lizards I also inherited my brothers high elves when he stopped playing. They are my smallest army and I never play with them.

Because Dwarfs don't like those pesky pointy eared folk. Nobody does but they're fun to play with. Loremasters are fabulous tools but lousy neighbours.

All elves are tools...

And like any tool, they're fantastic at accomplishing the task they're designed for.

And like any tool, they're fantastic at accomplishing the task they're designed for. The task that any elf is designed for is: Sipping Wine Spritzers delicately, practicing their intricate needlepoint, and surrendering at the first chance of any real protracted grind of a battle. That and manicuring their pointy ears.

You forgot to mention being condescending. They're really good at that.

dannytee Why not take the HE for a spin? They have a few fun units and characters I have played them some in 8th but just haven't busted them out in a few years. I don't really end up playing all that often so three armies is plenty of variety for now.
