1750 point list. Unfortunately I am still painting a Beastmen Chariot (just started) so had to substitute my painted Orc chariot model. Bogor has massive balls and my friend insisted he have some in game advantage over my normal Ghorgon (which he unfortunately insisted was neutered after seeing what Bogor was packing). I explained Games Workshop's PG policy of not showing them but that they are 'implied' ... anyway..........I decided on Primal Fury for 25 points hence the cost of 300 points over 275. Last picture is opposition army. As you can tell from my brutal, severe comp needing character build and army list this was a Knock-down, go for broke, tournament mindset waac battle Last picture shows the opposition army.

1st picture. Mason Vergor on Behema 2nd picture. Bogor rocking a sack as big as a dragon Ogre head making 'the Butcher' (my other Ghorgon next to Bogor) feel inadequate. I have no idea why my friend who is not a regular Warhammer player became so fascinated with this aspect of Bogor. For potential Mierce Miniatures collectors... be warned! Their website doesn't show balls... their miniatures however do!

Hmm, is there a scale creep over the different editions of Ghorgons?

Hmm, is there a scale creep over the different editions of Ghorgons? There has only ever been one Ghorgon released by Games Workshop. Bogor is from Mierce Miniatures, The Butcher is the official model (superb kit which can alternatively make a Cygor). My monster picture from left to right are: - Incarnate Elemental of Beasts from Forgeworld - Bogor (Mierce Miniatures Ghorgon substitute model) - The Butcher (Games Workshop Ghorgon, released around Storm of Magic) - Druk the Meathulk (Mierce Miniatures Monster model, used as a modified 275 point Ghorgon)
