yes, he's by far my favorite skaven assassin sculpt. Why not use him?
I don't have a Slann yet for my lizardmen, I don't know if you have a spare one of those. I could throw in something else to make it a more even trade if need be.
I'd also be interested in Dark Elf and Empire Characters. And any of the older (I have the newest sculpt) runesmiths/lords.

I'll have to see what I have. I only have one Slann.
I have this Dark Elf character. Sorry, most of my character models are already painted up.
I do however have an Empire Warrior Priest (the new one with additional hand weapon) that is Finecast and still in the box, and I also have a Gor-Rok that is still in the box as well. I'd be willing to trade either one of those.
That's just off the top of my head. I might see something else after I get home.
Edit: I do have this old Runesmith as well that I never use. I'd be willing to trade him as well.

I like that old runesmith. I'd make that trade if it works for you

Lol, that's what I'm hoping for! So how many Rat Darts do you employ? Many of the BatReps that I've watched with Skaven, the player doesn't really know how to use chaff. I'd like to see a GOOD Skaven player in action. Also, what's your view on the Stormfiends? They seem crazy good. Are they cheesey? Stormfiends are broken as all hell from a time when GW was losing the plot. I'd recommend coming up with your own points cost for them if you want to use them. I don't like the models either particularly. I love both Deathmaster Snitch models and his lore.

With the stormfiends they are very good as grandmaster says but I think that if you keep to three different weapons for the three different models that they are reasonable and not way over the top. This is how they come out of the box any way (there are six different weapon options and each box has bits for each of these options only one time). But if you do three of the guys with the rattling cannons (which you would need three boxes for or additional bits from some place), then yeah, it gets cheesy/over powered fast.

I see. I'm not overly fond of End Times anything, but I didn't know if the Skaven stuff that came out at that time were acting as a quasi army update. But if the models are simply broken, then that's not something that I want to do. (This is also why I don't have any Witch Elves in my DE army.) I do think that they are hideous and a ridiculous concept.

Figures though that they "give you every option" but not enough of a single option to equip an entire box the same way.
I'll eventually pick some up (I want a unit with ratling cannons cause...reasons) but it will be a while.

When i said they were completely broken I was thinking of weapons spam versions. Three different weapons limits that a lot and makes the unit a lot more acceptable in my eyes. Also looks cooler!
