Awesome to see the Herd getting some love. I really want this particular Mierce Miniatures model, I've had my eye on it for a while. Brunchaath i believe, I really like the mount. It's awesome to see how many Mierce Miniatures you have in your army and I liked seeing the GW Great Bray Shaman model demoted to a normal shaman haha. Cool army, especially the hordes.

My flying Doombull 'Cattleclysm' is now completed. The wings are quite bright but it was to again give contrast to the browns and greys in the army (and it is the same colours as those on my wood elf eagles. I had visions of him ripping the wings from a downed eagle and Khazbar fusing them to his back) With the wing colour you have chosen I could definitely see Cattleclysm (ho ho) having a Mark of Tzeentch using the End Times: Glottkin. The hounds are looking good. The green is really eye catching.

grandmasterwang I do really like so many of their models the quality of the casts are normally really good too. The only thing I don't like is the price 😀. Thankfully they often have special offers. I've actually just bought a couple of models from their surplus metal stock sale (to be used as a Minotaur standard and beastman army standard). It's interesting you called it the herd (KOW terminology) as the 'wolves' and 'bear' were purchased to join the two 'razorgor' to make up a stampede.

While the wife was out I thought i'd do something productive, so I thought i'd take a shot of the whole herd (minus the 2 metal standard bearers that I forgot to add to it). After seeing the great bases and backdrops of some of the models on this site, I decided to go the other way and use the easy wipe, child friendly table cloth, as it obviously offsets the army nicely. The Herd of Khazbar the MagnificentThe Heroes 5 of the 10 finished hounds My mix of old school minotaurs incl the amazingly painted zebra scheme on one of them

Nice army shot! The table cloth makes me think that they're standing on top of a giant mushroom! Lol!
I need to do this with my armies too. It's been a couple of years. Lots changed!

When I have a mostly painted army I'll post them . I should probably do that with the dwarves as they are probably in the closest state after the beasts

I like the grey on the Ungors! Good work! I might have added a tad of detail to their nasty little faces, like painted teeth in white/bone for example.

Cheers, Yep I need to add detail to most of the Beastmen. Part of the issue is my painting environment. I definitely need to get a daylight bulb as the light I use in the lounge doesn't illuminate them well enough for me to pick out bits I miss. I'm also thinking that I need to get one of those round lights with a magnifying lens in the middle as I mainly only see the bits I missed once I've post the pictures here or on the blog!
