And the new Primaris Techmarine. Again I really like this model (hence the purchase!), especially the way the claw is mirroring his arm movement. I also used primarily contrast paints on him, which made him super quick to knock out!  |

A few other things painted up ready for my first game of 9th ed 40k. Some suppressors - One is deliberately off the stand as the shot was taken to show the use of magnets on the stand, because frankly these are the most god damn awful design ever and if you glue them to the model, they snap as soon as you turn your back.  Some inceptors  A couple more assassins  |

I managed to finish off the final part of my 40k comp army, 10 intercessors (though only 8 are in the list). Painted in the same simple scheme as the rest. And also a shot of the competition army (though before the intercessors were finished)   |

sedge not yet painted but I have to say I was really impressed with this sculpt. I’ve bought the odd thing here and there from FW and this is by far the best piece. Really crisp detail and great model. It was a pain to put together. Initially I was going to leave off the cloak for painting (heresy for me, I know!) but I ended up having to glue it on, at the same time as the shoulder pads and arms, in order for it to correctly fit together.

What a pimp! Dark Angels with their aesthetic are by far my favourite loyalist chapter.
Great sculpt and pickup. The helm, the cloak, the pose..it all works.

With my love of dreads, it was inevitable that I would pick up the 2 latest. Both painted in the simple incognito scheme of the chapter The Ballistus, finished in October  And the Brutalis finished in Nov.  |
