I may have a chance to get my hands on some chaos dwarves. I know there was rules for them at some point. Does anyone remember what book it was? And where I can find a copy for a decent price

Mike N. in Rochester might have a copy of the book. He had a CD army in the past and I know he's not playing anymore. He tends to sell stuff off when not using it.
Email me and I can put you in touch.

The original rules (for the 4th edition) were first published in WD, and later a compilation of the various WD articles was published in a "Chaos Dwarf" supplement. To add: you should be able to find a digital copy on the internet.
