I really don't understand what they were thinking when they made the new elves special thing cows. It really wasn't hard to release something quite close to high elves, maybe some sort of spiritual link to dragons, and hey presto you can sell to people like us and new people and you are done. Hahaha. Maybe they are trying to crack that Indian market. You know sometimes I feel GW rolls a dice to make decisions.

I actually see potential in converting that cow-elf hammerer into an Annointed of Asuryan, by replacing his head with one of the big winged phoenix guard heads and giving him a halberd to lean on.

Naah that's not too bad. A head swap, cutting off the halberd, drilling his hands, putting a wire rod through there and you're pretty much done. If I get him I will do it when I get to my High Elves. Which will be in like 10 years most likely

What exactly makes this woman a Slannesh model? That could easily fit in an Empire, Araby, or even a High Cow Elf army

Agree with Motty. Doesn't look/feel Slaanesh other than colour scheme.
It's covered up for a start.

I'll try to go thorugh with this if I can lay my hands on the hammer dude separately as I don't care for the rest of them. As for the current plastic annointed I feel he looks very top heavy and not my cup of tea at all (despite my love for the more modern HE plastics): (much preffer him mounted). Liking the Slaneesh priestess. Interesting eastern look they are going for, generic enough it could be used for an Araby force indeed. Desert themed chaos mortals army?

The current Anointed (from the Phoenix kit) is let down by the lack of a cloak, which is a compromise they had to make so they could mount the top half on a Phoenix. Compared to other Phoenix Guard, it makes him look less substantial.
As for the Slaaneshi sorcerer, I quite like the subtlety of it (and that it can be converted into a non-chaos model with relative ease) - it looks like the kind of character that could infiltrate normal human societies and corrupt them from the inside. Slaanesh isn't just nudity, lobster claws, and extra horns.
