So, I said I would start this thread over a year ago but then didn't for a variety of reasons. However, I'm now back in the hobby and back in full swing on commissions as well, and as these are fantasy miniatures on square bases they deserve a yes thread here.
So, this will be a project log of an Elf army made with the Toughest Girls in the Galaxy 2 (TGG2) miniatures. There are around 120 miniatures in this commission which will make a full(ish) army.
The first unit finished is 10 crossbow Elves:
These aren't the best photos as they were taken late last night with flash, there will be better pictures at some point, but when is unclear.
The scheme is the client's choice and in particular he wanted different hair color for each model, hence the hair rainbow.
These are quite gorgeous miniatures, but they are all fairly brittle resin and definitely not for the faint-hearted or easy to work with. More elf infantry (probably either spear-elves or sword-elves) are next on the painting table.
