Indeed is it! I have it unbuilt in-singed on my table. Dual chimera flying WoC circus incoming!
Will you cut the base to fit on a monster base? Let me know how that goes if you do.

So how do you like em? I find fantasy range a bit more transparent and satin. Scale color range very opaque and matt and almost want satin medium. I like em both. Also the artist acrylic tube paints are awesome.

Those models are delightfully hideous. I like the way you've managed to vary the colours between identical models, so they come out looking completely different.

I printed off 4 trees and primed them up. Ready for paint. I also printed off a castle gate last night. Lots more pieces to come (doors, hinges, walls towers, etc.) but this is a good start!

Excellent prints! Just out of curiosity, what printer do you use? I do want one but not sure of a mid range budget choice...

Excellent prints! Just out of curiosity, what printer do you use? I do want one but not sure of a mid range budget choice... I use an Elegoo Mars Pro 2 and an Elegoo Mercury Wash and Cure station. The Mars was about $150 and the Mercury was around $120. You'll have to buy photopolymer resin as well. Those cost around $30 per bottle on Amazon. It really opened up my hobby world! I don't feel "confined" to what the big manufacturers produce, and the availability of independent designer's work is growing and growing. There's so much out there already, that owning a 3D printer is worth it if all independent files were to stop right now. For instance, this gate wall was a part of this months files and is only one part of an entire castle siege set-up. It has non-gated wall portions, towers, siege implements (hot oil, siege towers, canons, trebuchets, bolt throwers, etc.) as well as a bunch of characters. The big ones though, are a pair of dueling dragons! They look amazing! I'll be printing them off for sure! I just want the castle first! 😁 I don't want to sound like a Loot Studios salesman (I don't earn anything from them), but it has totally excited me and is giving me more models that jive with 8th edition than AoS right now. And that's only ONE artist studio. FYI, I also have an Ender Pro 3(?) printer, and I prefer the Elegoo. It's a filament vs resin option. The Ender melts a roll of filament onto a heated plate and works it's way up, layer by layer. This method results in quite visible striations that done work very well with our hobby. The Elegoo uses image projection from beneath the plate and slowly extracts the model, resulting in virtually no striations visible. The process is slow, and requires careful setup, but the result is worth it, IMO. In summary, if you only plan on printing off a few models, this might not be worth your investment. But if you plan on churning them out, like me, then it'll pay for itself rather quickly, in regards to what you'd pay GW for an equivalent model pile. Hope that helps! Feel free to ask me any questions you might have!

I'll take a look at the printer you have and check out the wash station.

Excellent job with that one Mottdon. I especially like the colour transitions on the tail to the green face. That's a cool model.
