Yep it does. What is the giant spider being used as in the siege? Is it an OnG ally?

I'm guessing it's a Slaaneshi Soul Grinder.

Back to real life after a campaign weekend… my short version notes: Overall. I spent many of the campaign turns sending armies into the Dark Lands (the lava infused lands of the demons). I accomplished a lot of “Land Grabbing” with Banner #2 and Banner #3, and I am marching Banner #1 directly towards Nagasgizzar to sack that city and destroy Nagash’s power base. So I didn’t get as many fights as others, but --- here’s a summary of what happened. Game 01. Allied Confrontation, Resource Battle. Demon on Demon Crime. Me with a 1000-point Nurgle army and Joe with a 1000 point Nurgle army versus Brett with 1000 points of Khorne Demons and Rich also with 1000 points of Khorne Demons. Did I mention that both Brett and Rich took BloodThirsters??!! Well they did. Fudge. Turn 1 was dancing on both sides. Their turn 2 was sending both ‘Thirsters in to fight Big Poppa Nurgle. They ripped in and killed ol’ Fatty Magee in one blood splattered round of combat. But, the Nurgle foot troops started carrying the day on turn 3 and 4. Meaning: a unit of 5 Beasts of Nurgle eventually held out and ground down one of the Bloodthirsters. A Nurgle Demon Prince was able to smack around a unit of Bloodletters (they’re so squishy). Plague Drones took down the Flesh Hounds. Joe and his troops dealt with both ‘Thirsters while I mopped up the eastern edge and eventually flanked the second unit of Bloodletters on the bridge over the river of lava. A resounding victory for #TeamNurgle Game 02. Siege Battle, for the Campaign. This was for my Tomb Kings to take down the “Demon Factory”. Tomb Kings and Nurgle Demons, combined banner, as the attackers. This was a fortress occupied by a 500-point garrison of Chaos Dwarves. My huge unit of Skeleton Warriors pushed a siege tower right to the front door. They had a Wizard and a Necrotect with them, plus the Mighty Prince Lahkashaz. They went up and over and right through to the courtyard. An undead Giant caused terror when he charged a unit of Hobgoblins and caused them to flee, allowing smaller units to scale the walls unopposed. Ummmm, I did have a whopping 2600 points (versus 500) and I feel justified in saying this wasn’t the most fun game (for both sides) we played all weekend. Fun, cause --- great people, great rolls, good jokes, and a worthy opponent. But after turn 2, the game didn’t have that closeness (feel) that makes a game spicy right up until the last turn. There was a super long grind of a combat on the eastern wall between Plague Bearers and Chaos Dwarf infantry but eventually it was joined by Plague Drones, a Herald, and even a Demon Prince. Nurgle fought the fight and took the wall. My Tomb Prince is now the proud owner of a demon factory. Game 03. Fun small dungeon crawl skirmish game. I played a Witch Hunter of the Empire. We saved the dwarf prisoner, yay! My Witch Hunter was guns blazing all game, what with a brace of pistols. Game 04. Not my game, but special mention to the late night 3:00 AM game of Empire versus Goblins. There was a combat that involved not 1, not 2, but 3 O&G characters mounted on Wyverns that charged a unit of beat up knights. It looks like a unit of Three (3) Wyvern riders, i.e. the newest unit of Monstrous flying cavalry in the game. True, the knights had a few pretty key characters, but would you believe the knights WON combat? And all three Wyverns fled? That was bizarre world for me, by the far the craziest WFB moment of the weekend. Game 05. Siege Battle, for the Campaign. This time I was the Chaos Dwarf defenders and was guarding Zharr-Naggarond against Jerry’s invading Chaos banner. Well, not unlike the other siege game I played, this one wasn’t that close after turn 2. I had an Earth Shaker Cannon (or whatever the call it now) and I plopped a S10 D6 shot right on top of his siege tower. Hit. Boom, the tower fell down and some of the dudes pushing it died. My smaller level caster chucked a medium fireball that killed enough Gors to make them panic, drop their ladders, and flee all the way off the table. A daring unit of 15 Elite Chaos Dwarf Fighters sallied out from the gate to bright the fight to the unit of trolls pushing the other siege tower brought forth by the legions of Chaos. The plucky dwarves killed a troll, won that combat, and the trolls fled. There sits an abandoned siege tower. The Chaos Dwarves held their city repelling the attackers. Zharr-Naggarond remains in the hands of the NPC Chaos Dwarf empire.

My iPhone takes really bad pictures, but here is one I got of the Tomb Kings assaulting the Chaos Dwarf fortress.

The unit all the way to left was a hastily assembled unit of four (4) Necropolis Knights who dismounted their Monstrous Steeds for this battle and grabbed a ladder. They were joined by a level 1 Liche to form a small ad hoc wall scrambling unit that actually ended up adding a lot of value.

I really like the creative modelling. That giant larva attacking the castle and in the latest picture the siege tower for example. Keep sharing the pictures.
