Well, that's what playtesting is for. I'd remind you of his profile, he's no Chaos Lord, he is merely a Hobgoblin with some nice equipment.

A great effort as always!
I love the background and his triple face granting what it does.
One thing in not sure of is the 'man-catcher'. Imo nothing about the miniature suggests that Skraag could kill big monsters and ogres etc than this rather than man sized things to me so i would prefer normal killing blow over Heroic killing blow. This would also reduce his effectiveness for the 190 points per Chuckjerry's point.
Miniature looks big and menacing so profile seems fitting for a 'super hobgoblin chief'.

The bits about Zork, did you make all of that up for this background or is he in the GW Orc and Goblin background? I have never actually read one of the O&G books so I don't know.

I just got this model in my hands. It's very heavy and probably much beefier than anyone thought it would be. I haven't looked at bases yet but I'm certain that he is too much man for a 20mm square. Gonna be 25, 40, or 20x40. Stay tuned.

He could barely fit on a 25 but I'm going to upgrade to a 40mm so he can go in a unit of chaos goblins. His rules will need to permit this though.
