Grabbing this model in a recent buy, any ideas on a stateline, points cost and what rules to give it for a warriors of chaos army?

Grabbing this model in a recent buy, any ideas on a stateline, points cost and what rules to give it for a warriors of chaos army? It's an amazing model. I have seen it used as a chaos lord on Juggernaut equivalent and it worked very well for that and looked great.

I am going to write up some rules for this thing...but is it more of a monster or monstrous beast? I'm thinking Monstrours Beast. Thoughts?

In comparison with AoS stats (Wounds, point cost) Karkadrak is a cross between Daemonic mount and Monster. For example (Daemonic mount=>Karkadrak=>Manticore) 7-9-12 wounds and 155=>225=>255points. The most difficult things about it - is what abilities he will have. Impact hits? That's for sure. Something like "+2(3) armour save rather than +1". Well, it makes sense too. Does Karkadrak have any abilities in lore (art description)? Offhand: he may provide to rider "Cold-blooded" rule (as with Lizardmen). Or he may provide additional defence to rider (Wardsave? Or analogue to 40k "Feel no pain" rule - ignoring some wounds (magical/non-magical/all of them) on "X" roll. Or that sweety "In case of multiple wounds damage is halved".

I would probably just use it as a Daemonic Mount/Jugger but then I'm not so imaginative

I have been using mine as a Juggernaut for a Chaos Lord. It's pretty much that size, maybe a bit longer.
A monstrous beast rather than a monster imo.

I'm not adverse to it being a monster as it's arguably bigger than a Varghulf but you can see it's not massive. It could really be either, sexy model that it is.
