Any Orcs & Goblins army may include Trugg the Troll King. His points cost counts towards your allowance for Lords.

Base Size: 100 x 100 mm

Troop Type: Monster (Special Character; Troll)

Equipment: A massive iron-shell club (great weapon).

Special Rules: Impact Hits (D3+1), Large Target, Regeneration (3+), Scaly Skin (4+), Stupidity, Terror.

Troll King: Friendly units of Trolls (of any type) within 6” of Trugg use Trugg’s Leadership value for all Leadership tests, unless the testing unit’s Leadership is higher. Additionally, if Trugg the Troll King is your army general then units of Stone Trolls and River Trolls will count as Core choices.

Noxious Regurgitation: Trugg has the Troll Vomit special rule (see Warhammer: Orcs & Goblins), but when Trugg makes a Vomit Attack he will inflict D3 hits, rather than just 1. Additionally, Trugg has a Strength 5 Breath Weapon.

Arcane Leystone: Atop Trugg’s back is a huge, mysterious (and malfunctioning!) leystone, which siphons the potency of the Winds of Magic – enhancing the Toll King’s already formidable stature and endurance or releasing a storm of arcane lightning upon Trugg’s foes.

Trugg may channel magic dice in the same way as a wizard. Additionally, the leystone allows Trugg is cast a single bound spell during each of his own Magic phases. This works as follows. At the start of each friendly Magic phase, roll a D6 on the table below to determine the bound spell Trugg may cast this turn. Augment bound spells generated by the Arcane Leystone may only target Trugg himself.
