Welcome to the Forum vazalaar,
Cool stuff. It's interesting that we came up with similar rules and are point values are almost spot on all the way around - that's telling!
I'll be posting my full list (play test draft I) in PDF format soon. I'm waiting to see if there are any more Stromcast releases coming...

The Liberators and Judicators have received new sets with more weapon options, so I think those units should ofcourse have all the weapon options provided in the box. The next the release will be the Paladins.
Here is there equipment/rules for AoS.
From Archibald_TK (Warseer):
I have no interest in AoS, but I do have an interest in new miniatures. So I am happy I found this forum. I also think that 8th Core rules are fine, but now with GW dropping 8th edition, we will never have new armybooks and units. Hopefully you and your team can provide rules for the new AoS miniatures.
I.e I quite like the Khorne Lord with Fleshound. Are you planning to make rules for those miniatures too?
As the AoS characters are very specifically equiped/special unique rules. Wouldn't it be better to integrate them as special unique characters and not as a general Lord/Hero choice?

Welcome to the forum vazalaar. I am using the new khorne lord with hound mounted on a 50mm square base. He will count as either a khorne hero on demonic mount or as 4 halberdiers.

I've changed the Retributors to Paladins: Paladins (Rare): Name | M | WS | BS | S | T | W | I | A | LD | Troop Type | Paladin | 4 | 6 | 4 | 4 | 4 | 3 | 4 | 3 | 9 | Infantry | Paladin-Prime | 4 | 6 | 4 | 4 | 4 | 3 | 4 | 4 | 9 | Infantry |
Unit Size: 1+, 100 points per model.Equipment: [*]Lightning Hammer [*]Sigmarite Plate Armour
Special rules:Unit Options: [*]One model may be upgraded to a Paladin-Prime (10 Points). [*]The Paladin-Prime can be equiped with a Starsoul Mace (50 Points). [*]The unit can replace its Lightning Hammers for Thunderaxes (Free) [*]The unit can replace its Lighting Hammers for Stormstrike Glaives (30 Point per model)
Armoury: [*]Sigmarite Plate Armour: 4+ Armour save and 6+ Ward save. [*]Lightning Hammer: Great Weapon, Blast to Ashes, Hammer Sweep. [*]Thunderaxe: Great Weapon, Cleaving Blow. [*]Stormstrike Glaive: Spear, Deathstrike, Storm-shield. [*]Starsoul Mace: Great Weapon, 3" Blast template. The Blast template is placed against the base of the Primator-Prime. Roll one time to hit. When the attack hits, each model under/touching the Blast template receives an x strength hit (x: Base Strength + modifiers (Great Weapon).
A Paladin unit has no options for a musician or a standard bearer.Blast to Ashes: Killing Blow. Hammer Sweep: Instead of the Paladin normal attacks you can chose to make a sweeping hammer attack. -> D6+1 attacks at Strength 5. (No Killing Blow!) Cleaving Blow: If an attack hits and wounds the model/target, you can make another attack with -1 Strength, if that attacks hits and wounds again you can make another attack with -2 Strength and so on until the attack fails. Deathstrike:Cavalry, Chariots, Warbeasts, Monsterous Cavalry, Monsters when wounded suffer D3 wounds instead of 1 wound. Armour Piercing. Storm-shield: The unit wielding Stormstrike Glaives is immune to impact hits, are -1 to hit when charged and have 4+ Ward Save against shooting with a strength of 4 or lower. Paladins are a rare unit of the Stormcast Eternal army. Hopefully you can use it as a base or as inspiration. If you use it. I don't need credits. I just want a fun Stormclaw armylist that is fun to play with and against.

I'm not sure the basic guys (Liberators) should be monsterous, convenience wise it makes sense as they fit on a 40mm base but to be honest they look a bit small on a 40mm base and will even more so when ranked up.
What's to stop us creating a new base size for these guys? Do they come on 32mm rounds? If so I'd say 32mm squares, you could make mdf squares this size or just leave them on their rounds but rank them up on a movement tray as a "virtual" square base, (will make playtesting easier and make the army AoS compatible).
Rules wise I'd prefer to make them a bit less monsterous infantry as well. Give them just a single wound but otherwise be very durable, maybe 3+ armour 4+ ward, I'd give them WS4 as well as they don't look that agile and skilled, more brute forcey (so give their Stormhammers either +1S or the Choppa rule). They could then be 20-25 points.
These tweaks would give you a army that looked more like a super elite Chaos Warriors type army rather than a monsterous infantry like Ogres (model count wise).

c8r3X, The Stormcast Eternals are Infantry on 40mm, like Nurgle Blight Kings. My first draft of the army list is the first sticky thread here.
