Empire warriors from Middenheim. They guard the Flame of Ulric. Basically, Knights of the White Wolf on foot. They came out in 6th edition. Super-cool models that go for a fortune on eBay. I've only got 20.

Their rules should be in the original Storm of Chaos supplement. I'll look into it tonight...unless somebody else sorted you out before then.

Yeah, I bought them years ago in sixth edition, when I was just getting started. I had no idea what I was getting or what was needed, I just thought they looked really cool. Fortuitous.

Looks like you are sorted. The rules are both in the old Storm of Chaos supplement and reprinted in Chronicles 2004.
They are basically like Empire Greatswords (except with halberds) but then you can upgrade one unit to Inner Circle (S +1) for 2pts/model. I guess in practice that means one will only ever meet Inner Circle Guards...just like one only ever meets Inner Circle knights (unless it's a tiny unit).

YES! I've seen these guys around the internet, but I've never been able to find a place that had them for sell! Thanks for the link! I just placed an order for 20! Not a bad price either! I basically spent almost $40 for 20 of them. Honestly, I think that they'll fit in really well with the 20 that I already have.

That's is an impressive Empire force indeed. Middenhiem has some great models, but personally I would paint up a Reikland, Ostland, or Talabecland.

Yeah, he's done some great work over the years. We've had many a conversation about his themes. I'm pretty sure he "stole" my idea for the Demiwolves, LOL! He's definitely run with it though! I don't care for his white and purple theme, but that's just my personal preference. I think that it makes then look a little less....hard. These are supposed to be Vikings that live on top of an enormous mountain - pretty tough dudes. Anyway, I've started repainting a few of mine. It's be years since I painted them and my skills have changed much over time. They're due an upgrade. (There's also a really old plastic wizard in there that I started slapping paint on. I hate the sculpt but it's been sitting in my bitz box for years and I'm tired of seeing it in there. Lol.)
