Ik it's not fantasy but I just painted this guy up for my 40k army! I decided to do demons so I can run them in 30k as well. Well summon them I should say. So here is my attempt! Tell me what you think!

I like the red and the shading and subtle color variations (and also the spikes on the bloodletter back). That being said, it's maybe a bit too much of a good thing? Rider and mount kind of blend into each other. An easy fix would be to pick out more of the juggernaut armor in gold. Also, juggers needs shiny silver teeth. That's the law!
The pose is a bit awkward too. The rider looks like he is so drunk he can barely hold on to his seat while trying to take another swig from that twisted bottle of daemon brew. But, I have these same models and I know that's how they sit best. In my case I have glued them on a bit more upright and they won't stick. I have accepted that every other game or so they will break off and make me unhappy. No easy solution there.

While you did a great job painting them up, I think that they need a bit more color to break the monochromatic look. Red is a very warm color and so is Gold, so I like to cut it with a cool color like grey metal or something similar. That's all personal preference though, and it may be that you want to stick with all-warm colors to speak to the hell realm that they come from. Do your thang!

Definitely a good points! I will add some silver to it on certain parts of the mount to make it look like it's own model.

The shape of the base is wrong as well.

I actually really like the blood thirster with the black undercoat, I could see a khorne army that colour with accents of red and gold to just break up the black. Might look quite unusual.
