I HATE that. I usually just go for the "Buy Now" option, if available. There are SO MANY last second shoppers who just throw out a ridiculous price last minute so that they are ensured to get it, and nobody can call their bluff on the price by raising it higher than they'd really like.

To be honest I am kind of relieved that I am loosing bids at the moment. Don't need more minis but can't say no if there are stuff I ”need” in the right price. |

I bought a metal Dwarf Bolt Thrower, metal Gorbad Ironclaw, and an old Dark Elf assassin off ebay... then my wife and I put a bid in on a house (not on ebay!) so I think I'm banned from buying anything more for a few months.

Well, I just bought a Lizardman lot (OOP Battalion Box, Carnosaur box, Bastiladon box, Saurus Warriors box, and Skink box) for $230. Everyone I know keeps telling me that I should sell painted models, so I think I'm going to try my hand at painting these models up and selling them on eBay. I've never sold anything on eBay before, so, hopefully, this'll pay off. Fingers crossed!

Went on a trip to Harrisburg PA(free hotel room)abotu 2 weeks ago. Found an old Metal Khorne lord on Steed, brand new sitting on a shelf. That model has prob sat there for 12 years Originally I picked up a shadespire box but I had to go back and exchange it for that metal model, it was calling to me  . Now I love it (after I replaced his goofy head and his no elbow sword arm). Had to give him some pals so I went out and got a box of 10 chaos knights who are currently being painted up to join him. Hes 75% painted already along with 5 knights. i Something i figure out a while ago is to paint the model before I buy new ones. If i have model I dont want to paint ill get rid of them. But this year(2018) alone Ive prob painted 50+ models (40k and fantasy). In the whole calendar year prob 200+. I enjoy painting, so I dont build up pile of unpainted minis like most it seems lol. |

I purchased a Lothern Sky Cutter from Ebay last night. I dislike the model and hate the concept but I needed it, It needed to be mine to fill that last gap in my High Elf army so I can claim to have every model mentioned in the army book.
I am weak and full of self-loathing!

Forgive me father for I have sinned... I purchased a Lothern Sky Cutter from Ebay last night. I dislike the model and hate the concept but I needed it, It needed to be mine to fill that last gap in my High Elf army so I can claim to have every model mentioned in the army book. I am weak and full of self-loathing! It’s worth getting for the Warhawk alone. I picked one up around a year ago and it hasn’t left the box... that will change once I move into the new house! |

I have two and I want one more so that I can have them "strafe the field" with moving bolt throwers. Or simply stick a Sea Helm in each one and charge some flanks with heroes! Fun anyway around it! |
