Is it a 40k Titan or something?

It's a new Age of Sigmar model.
I find it a bit weak, especially as it's just "another" Daemon. At least they kinda support AoS, although they can easily port him over to 40k if they wanted, so pretty low risk for them.

I'm not sure what to make of the model. It is from the Kdaii Destroyer wip they never released. It certainly looks better than the wip. If you look up Kdaii Destroyer pictures you can see they reused the head.
If i had that much to spend with FW i wouldn't get Skaarac.

Oh wow, you're absolutely right! They turned their unfinished K'daii into... this.

I don't collect Demons. I don't know anybody who does. All of this Demon stuff is just getting old and keeps pushing me further and further from the game.

I like it! I hadn't noticed they reused the scrapped K'daii, most interesting. I wonder if it can be re-chaosdwarfified somehow. Though it looks to be quite far from the K'Daii Fireborn in style.
The sum of recent Khorne releases is quite impressive. Lots of quality models to choose from. Something to think about when I finish all my Night Goblins.

It looks a lot better than the Destroyer wip it spawned from. Imo it's not ideal for a Destroyer now due to the skulls coming out of it (preference ) and the Khorne runes. I guess if someone was pro they could greenstuff fire over all the Khorne runes but that would be an epic project. I don't see how the Khorne runes on it could be changed to Hashut runes easily.

Removing the Khorne symbols is easy enough, as is cutting down on skulls. I would probably freehand Hashut symbols over flat surfaces rather than sculpt them. Sculpting new flames to mach the Fireborn I'd have to test ... preferably without buying that £140 model first!
But it's all hypothetical for quite a while longer. As big as my Night Goblin army is now, there are still heaps and heaps of the little buggers left to paint.

They seemed obsessed with only producing 40k looking models

That's because GW is trying to slowly merge all of the Fantasy players over to the game that makes them money. Nothing they do is for the gamers.

We'll see. At least FW is making fantasy again. I hope they make more, and for anything not Chaos and not Sigmarines preferably. There's so much cool stuff in Monstrous Arcanum that never saw the light of day.

-------Yes I loved what forge world was doing for fantasy. They were about to release another huge campaign book on the Battle for Black Fire Pass, involving Empire, Dwarf, and Orcs & Goblins...but I assume it was canceled when they decided to end the world. Also I was so inspired that Monstrous Arcanum was noted as book I. An entire series of these books dedicated to new monsters and creatures would have been the coolest thing ever!

Indeed... ah what could have been! Regarding the blaxk fire pass cancelled book...while it would have been awesome at least we got a great night goblin command set out of it! With the Grand Alliance death book coming for AOS i am still optimistic that we'll see an Elemental of Death one day...... one day.

I was looking forward to the Black Fire Pass book as well. I still hold Tamurkhan as one of the best books ever produced for Warhammer so I couldn't wait to see a similar work for my main army. It was a sad day indeed when it was cancelled.
