Death Hag: Witchbrew; Ogre Blade 155
5 Dark Riders: musician; shields; repeater crossbows 110
5 Dark Riders: musician; shields; repeater crossbows 110
23 Witch Elves: Hag; musician; standard bearer 283
War Hydra: Fiery Breath 180
War Hydra: Fiery Breath 180

My 5 cents (out of my head, to be fair i dont know what a bloodwrack strike does).
You have quite a lot invested in controlling movement (I would drop 1 unit fast cav). Really a lot invested in killing power. But i miss Some staying power.
Maybe the hydra’s Will do but last time i faced them they were a Joke (Swordmasters of Hoeth killing 1 and Alarielle killing the other in 1 combat 😅 gotta love heroic killing blow)

The list is interesting. I've got a few suggestions and thoughts.
Having the Sorceress on a Pegasus seems risky. She just seems too easy to focus down, even with the 4++, volume S3 shooting will kill her, and a good opponent with magic will fire a magic missile at her every single magic phase because you are essentially forced to use dispel dice to stop it, otherwise you'll risk your wizard. Allowing your opponent to dictate where you spend dispel dice is not usually advisable.
You've got good board control in the list, I wouldn't drop any of the fast cav or the Sisters. Staying power also shouldn't be an issue. With good board control you don't need staying power since you can control which combats you get into, so get into ones you'll win quickly.
Hydras are also very good at mulching infantry, so I wouldn't drop those.
I am a bit concerned about how you'd face high toughness and high armor. The highest strength in your list is the S6 Death Hag, other than that the Hydras are S5, then you get lower. Heavy Cavalry could cause you extreme headaches. The Poison on the Witch Elves combined with the Shrine's shooting attack could help against monsters, but Stegadons, Frosthearts, Sphinxes, and things like that could also cause you a lot of trouble that you would be relying on magic and board control to fight against, which might not be the best.
The Witch Elf unit also seems just a bit small.
Finally, a note on the Shrine, it's very situational. Against high initiative armies like elves it will be of very little use to you. Against Dwarves or Lizardmen it could be quite good. Because of that I think it's a friendly unit and not competitive. If that's what you're going for, then I'll be interested to hear how it does!

Well I have never played the shrine and I am currently building it. The idea is to have the shrine pulled by the sisters in same unit. Not sure where to put the sorceress. I am not a fan of having all magic in same unit. But could probably field her with one of the dark riders and then upper the number.
Maybe run BSB and sorceress in same rider unit? And add a razor standard to witches?

I love that you are taking both the sisters and shrine as you rarely see either. I do wonder at the effectiveness of it but glad to see it fielded as something different.

I like your lists. I'd be tempted to put the Razor Standard on the Sisters instead to make them a proper elite-killer, but it's a small unit to be putting that on and the Shrine has some ways of threatening armour already.
The Supreme Sorceress on Pegasus is quite vulnerable, and I don't think Lore of Life really benefits from that mobility. However, for an extra 35 points you could get Morathi, who has ridiculously strong casting, a much wider selection of lores (you can Death snipe with her, which goes well with Ld10/her mobility), the 4++ built in and Magic Resistance 2 to make her virtually immune to spells, plus can be useful in combat too.
If your opponent has ranged threats they then need to split it between Morathi, two Hydras, the Sisters unit... it's target saturation.

Life was a mistake it was suppose to be shadow even if it matches well with hydras

Had my first game with shrine yesterday and won against Lizzie’s ! Brought the second list. Mindrazor on sister/shrine killed some temple guards.
