That's a sweet looking orc army. The wyvern is an eye-catcher, but all the regiments look splendid as well.
Are you going to convert the pump wagon to show all the upgrades? That would be a pretty crazy model!

It's already built - I did it last year. I based my approach of this brilliant piece of text from the O&G army book: That pretty much describes how I convert models, and this was the end result - the Bitzmork: The Spiky Roller is clearly there at the front. The Out-rigga is that banner making a poor attempt at being a sail. The Giant Exploding Spores are represented by that snotling on the figurehead ready to drop one once they hit something - I didn't really want to stick spores to the Spiky Roller as I think that would've made it look odd. Finally, when it came to the Flappas, I was running out of inspiration and space on the model to work something, hence why there are two snotties with tattered rags on poles, one on each side, who seem to think that waving them in the air may give them some lift. I'm not so sure it'll work. Captain Squigwash at the back may look suspiciously look a goblin - there's a tribe of the runts who insist he's just ol' Snobgrat who got tired of having his bootlaces tied together - but none dare say it to his face, as it's rumoured he knows how to work the pistol he wields. Either way, the little ones have taken to him like he was one of their own, and it's rumoured that one day he may command a whole fleet of Pump Wagons.

Glorious mess of a vehicle! I like the different shields they have scavanged from beaten foes!

Love that Pump Wagon! Care to elaborate on where all the bitz used to make it came from? I definitely recognise bitz from the Giant, Black Orcs and Savage Orcs boxes.

Love that Pump Wagon! Care to elaborate on where all the bitz used to make it came from? I definitely recognise bitz from the Giant, Black Orcs and Savage Orcs boxes. I can try, but it's well over a year since I built it! The core of the model is obviously the last Snotling Pump Wagon GW produced. The crew are mainly Snotlings from that kit, but also at least one from the general WFB Snotling set (the one on the figurehead holding the spore aloft is definitely metal). The Goblin Snotling captain is from Black Scorpion Miniatures. The "wicker" bits (making up the crow's nest, and some of the upper front deck) are Goblin shields; I've also used the wooden Goblin shields (with skulls on) as more decking (top front and back decks, and lower deck). The wooden poles/supports are from the Hobbit Goblin Town kit (one of my favourite kits for converting - also used extensively on this Skaven war litter and also my castle that I don't think I've posted photos of). The front spikey roller is a barrel from the Giant kit, the poles/skulls/skeleton that go through it (axle?) are from the Hobbit Goblin Town kit too. The spikes are arrow tips from the Savage Orc kit. The chains that attach it to the main wagon... no idea, I've got so many different chain bits from different kits that I can't be sure. If I were making the model now I'd have used fine scale jeweller's chain as that'd hang more naturally, but I didn't have any then. At the back, the chain with a skull on is probably from one of the 40k Dark Eldar vehicle kits. The head with feather also hanging back there - not sure, but possibly the Forest Goblin kit? Moving up, the figurehead/pole is a Giant club, the mast is more Goblin Town scenery, and the sail/flag is from the Black Orc kit, I think. The tattered wings/banners are from the Skeleton Warrior kit. The pitchfork is from the Giant kit too, the other pole with a flag on is just a random banner pole, and the skull at the end I think came from the AoW Slayer kit. The shields were a selection of what I had at the time - lots of Savage Orc ones, a Beastmen Gor one, and then an old Dark Elf Warrior kit one, Chaos Warrior one, Kairic Acolyte one, Bret Pegasus Knight one, and a couple from the Grave Guard kit. I think that's it!

That's no joke one of the best snotling pump wagons I've seen.

That looks incredible. A labour of love!
It's uniqueness will help it stand out on the table top.

It truly is a thing of beauty! Pump wagons are one thing that should be cobbled together out of anything that can be found.
