I like it! Feel it's good as is, but let me provide some feedback for consideration:
Treeman Ancient - I'm a fan, of course. and I know you said all-comers, but how likely is it to run into Dwarfs/Empire/Ogres? You're 1 lucky shot away from losing your general and only serious magic caster. an alternative could be a Spellweaver in the EG parked unit in a forest. Safer, gets +1 for casting.
I don't have much to say about the rest, but would caution having the BSB on a stag and making sure he's close enough for re-rolls. Having MSU like this means 2 deaths and panic and they have no save to speak of, so it's not that hard.

So try it out and see how it goes! I like the list overall - just fear a cannon or lucky catapult shot. Maybe mititgate it by putting a lvl 2 instead of the dancer in the spear unit?

Thinking of removing the strangle root to add more banners on wild riders. Only 4 points is kind of too low in blod and glory scenario. I would also want to add a third unit of 5 wild riders. Maybe remove the treeman and add more shots with the rest points.

Great Stags can still be cannon-ned, right? Since they are a different troop type? Not sure what you mean with can be canned as any model can be hit by a cannon but a lot of them are still played. But yes that is one reason they both pack a 4++ save. And I don’t run them without a ward. If you talk about “lookout sir’ they are monstrous cav. But with this list I have 4 potential targets for a cannon and they can’t hit em all so I am not that worried. But WMs are always a priority for woodies to deal with and that’s a reason I run poison arrows. And scouts can double up if if a hole in the defense opens up.
