Arguably the most poisonous creature ever to be seen in the Warhammer world the toxicrene is an incredibly large but thankfully incredibly rare predator. Its origins are completely unknown and its existence remains a mystery to most. Unit type - Monster Allegience - Neutral Faction - Alien Points cost - 500 point pick Designer notes: Due to the unweildy nature of the massive tentacles/lash whips the entire width of the tentacles is considered the front of the toxicrene's base for engagement purposes. Despite its low weaponskill the toxicrene can output a horrific amount of close combat damage due to its hypertoxic and predatory sentience special rules with good rolling. Monsters with low initiative make especially attractive targets for this alpha predator but it should beware of units which can strike before it and take advantage of its low weaponskill and armor save. Notable exploits - The Toxicrene has killed a full health Kholek Suneater before the great Dragon Ogre was even able strike a blow.

Cool. Seems neat for a scenario. I'd change Immune to poison to a 2+ Ward save against poisonous attacks.

Thanks for the feedback.. yeah due to its power level the Toxicrene is more a beast for special scenario games. I am obsessed with the massive tentacles and actually got a second set of toxicrene tentacles off ebay for a future conversion
Regarding the immunity to poison... until you pointed it out i had forgotten that I had even given the Toxicrene that rule. In 5+ games with the Toxicrene we havent ever played it as having any special poison defence so now that you have pointed it out i will actually remove that rule from the spreadsheet altogether as we have never remembered it and it wouldnt have added much.
Cheers
