I tried getting on this morning to order some paints and possibly a few models. I wanted to see what was still available as well. This que popped up and took around 15 minutes (even though it said ten) to let me into their order page. Finally, I got in, but by the time I found all the paints I needed, put them in my cart, and found a few models I wanted to add to my order, it kicked me out and started another que! It said I only have ten minutes in the store, but I swear it was only around five. (I was being very conscious about my time limit.) Anyone else having trouble with this?  |

Yes, info was sent out by mail yesterday and been to enforce against scalpers last couple of limited releases.
Short time to lay order to keep queue time lower.

They've had that a few times recently when they've had big releases, e.g. the new AoS edition, Cursed City, and the Vampire Counts launches. It's because otherwise their site becomes unusable at launch time as everyone hammers it trying to get on at the same time.

I guess business is good in GW land. All mini companies have had a great sales increase during COVID not only GW. But GW is doing very well right now. |

The frustrating thing about it was the 10minute limit on the site before being kicked back into the queue.

It was international to keep people to just order the release item orks today and then pay for it fast and not clogging up the queue. Lurking around was turned on as soon as the ork release was sold out? |
