In my last game, my Damsel using Heavens spent 3 turns trying to shove a high elf bolt thrower off the table. One more turn and she'd have managed it, however she miscast and blew herself up leaving the bolt thrower 1" of safety (boooooo!)
We couldn't quite work out what should have happened had she been successful though, and were just going to roll a 1-3 automatically dead, 4-6 comes back on as reinforcements (or pursuit off table edge) next turn.
Because I now have a perverse joy in wasting my power dice to move enemy units for no apparent reason, can I ask the intelligent and handsome members of this fine forum what the actual process is for this? Because I can't see anything clear in the brb to cover the situation.
