Any idea if these sets are limited (I.e. will sell out within minutes like indomitus?)

I assume there will be a limited number available for preorder and will quickly sell out. If you plan to buy a copy though your FLGS, you might as well tell them now. Hopefully you can lock in your order.

I must admit I'm tempted... always liked the idea of a skellybum army. Easy to paint too

Hopefully you can lock in your order. I think GW is in for a surprise when it comes to the preorder, the hype surrounding the game is much larger than what they seem to be planning for. It looks to me that they're playing it very safe.
Fingers crossed everyone who wants a box gets one. I'd hate to see the revival of fantasy hampered by stock issues of all things.

I have a question. Since I would like to buy 3 boxes in total of these launch boxes, but I dont know, if I can secure them from GW, or take the routk either from my FLGS or Wayland Games can they provide it via pre-order? These are my first boxes, that I would like buy before the seperate kits hit the shelfs.

These are my first boxes, that I would like buy before the seperate kits hit the shelfs. GW will often dictate special terms/limits for orders on popular box sets. But the regular order process for FLGS is they place their order three weeks in advance of the street date and get a confirmation of the actual numbers they will receive two weeks in advance of the street date. They often get less than they ordered. Whether or not your FLGS takes preorders is entirely up to the FLGS. And what that guarantee entails is also entirely up to them. In my experience preorder and reservation guarantees don't mean much. I remember one time I reserved a trailer at u-haul. When I picked it up the guy mentioned, "Good thing you came early. We have two reservations, but only one trailer."

With FLGS discount (15%) they seem like reasonable prices for what we get. The tomb guard are priced at under GW inflation prices. Brets box £132, Tomb Kings box £149 with discount. I don’t know what people were expecting. It’s less than £100 for the Brets box if you deduct the cost of the rule book (with 15% discount) for 76 minis. Having to buy 3 books kinda sucks though, the arcane journals seem forced but I still like them for fluff and cool campaign stuff.

I was expecting a premium similar to that of the Horus Heresy box set that launched a year or so ago. The only thing that I'm disappointed with is the reference cards/ card sleeve situation. There's 56 cards in the reference boxes, but they sell the sleeves in packs of 50. That feels like a very cheap method of selling more sleeves.
Then again, that's hardly a new practice.

Dont worry you'll be able to buy a single pack of 50 sleeves and it will be enough to put all your cards in, guaranteed. GW have a habit of only printing three sets in total and two of them get sent out to idiots on youtube. The last pack will go to someone that will sell them at four times the cost on facebook.
