Fun read, as always!
I think the Tomb King player is too hasty to get into combat with the Dwarfs. With the catapult, archers and magic, she should blast away at the Dwarfs for a bit and make the Dwarf player move! Also attempt to do more combined charges (I know the armies are small on a tight battlefield).

I feared standing still would have let the Organ Gun and Thunderers to tear me to pieces. Achers don't do too much vs Dwarfs thanks to wounding on 5s and no AP. My thought was if I can break the Thunderers on the charge with the chariots. and neutralize the OG, I had a chance. But it wasn't to be.

When we played 9th age, it seemed to us that the D3 was more appropriate than D6. It allows her to field her preferred lists of dragons, Durthu, Treemen, without it being a huge liability. It's worked so far.

But the point cost is based on a wound output of 1-6 not 1-3 now if both sides had this applied say with a cannon or grudge thrower that's OK but if was the TK player I'd not be so impressed. I'd suggest Dwarf would best TK most of the time without an additional handicap.
Cheers for the report though.
