Cubicle 7 is working on a new 4th edition Warhammer Fantasy Role Play (they are also doing a AOS roleplaying game). cubicle7.co.uk/ (scroll down) When if comes out, I encourage people to buy if even you if you don't play it. Show GW that we are interested in Classic Warhammer.

I had played WFRP briefly quite some time ago and ran a D and D campaign influenced by the Warhammer world aesthetic.

Definitely buying both. Friend at Warhammerfest was talking to the C7 team and they're really interested in getting to the Old World places FFG never explored (I'm just thankful for my two Bretonnian supplements) and for AoS they have alot of great ideas with one involving hijacking a Overlord's airship. So excited!

I played books 1 and 2 of Enemy Within with a party of about 8 over 2 years with weekly ish sessions. It was an outstanding Campaign, so much detail crammed in which made it extremely believable as a low fantasy setting (for me, especially the depiction of Bogenhafen in the first book). Also, a nice balance between darkness and a fundamentally cartoony undertone (something I like a great deal as a hallmark of the old world, something entirely missing from Age of Sigmar which is all very serious). A shame we didn't play onto books 3 and 4...we just started Power behind the Throne, then real life got in the way.

I must have had the very first edition, loved the game, just a pity you need a few people to play (4+) just takes a long time to play where table top gaming ius over in a few hours.

Sounds great and the cover artwork is awesome, I love the nod to the original WFRP cover.

Good cause. Remind me to buy this when it comes out.
My group right now is 100% Pathfinder... and I am the only one our of 5 players that "Gets" the Warhammer flavor & fluff. Nonetheless, if I buy it for the GM, we could use this as source material. It's a good cause, they can take my money.
