Trying to magnatize my gamezone eagles. Hope I got the right position... Going to get some smaller magnets on the riders to be sure they can fit on the right position. Maybe opposite order was better... Metal eagles fell apart when drilling. Hope they will fare better now. Also need to add some weight to the bases as they are to small to hold the models down. Any ideas about making bases heavier appriciated.

Any ideas about making bases heavier appriciated. You can use glue or green stuff to apply a coin or washer to the underside or the base. You could also fill in the underside of the base with green stuff.

Started to add some details to the sisters. Not sure if I should add pupil to the eyes. Looks more demonic just white. The top of the bsb standard got broken. Not sure how to glue it better. Tried plastic glue but dosnt seem to melt together.

Love the ghostly effect of the mounts (hoping it's deliberate and not just undercoated otherwise I'm just embarrassing myself 😊).

seems to me you nailed the white deer look. By the way, once upon a time GW elves had all black eyes in the army book drawings so, you are on to something with the 'no iris/pupil' look. I like it.
For your BSB top, maybe you need to remove the superglue? I don't think the plastic glue will bond unless there is pristine plastic on both sides of the joint.

Phew! In that case can I ask how you achieved it as I really like it.

Phew! In that case can I ask how you achieved it as I really like it. The base is white primer. Vallejo dead white, light grays, watered down nuhlin oil shade, white glaze (lots of water and probebly should have been even more water). Picked up som gold/steel details (Vallejo Metals Air for silver/steel and citadel for gold).

I'll probably try and go for a red fallow deer style but at present mine are just white undercoated and really like the ghostly look.

The fur is done the "normal way", light gray base, lighter gray drybrush, white dry brush, nuhlin oil shade, white dry brush.

If you're going for more albino and less ethereal I would recommend some pinks/reds mixed in there. Not a lot, but enough to warm up the model a little bit. You can kind of see in your picture on the flank of the white elk there's some skin showing and it's pink. I'd maybe try to replicate this a little bit?

I did this once with a Lizardman Terradon because I wanted the special character to stand out among the unit. I was pleased with how it turned out.
I'm not really sure this is needed here though. I kinda like them as they are. They look as though they are more than merely albinos, but rather, something magical. It kinda also flows with the fluff of the unit.

That albino Terradon looks cool! Maybe Albino was wrong word and more summer light fur in the picture. I think I should have added some bone white or yellow to the white mix.
