GW gave me a voucher for the price of my Mangler Squig after it wilted. They originally sent me an email saying warm it up & reposition it etc etc, which I did. Within a few weeks it had wilted again and buckled under the weight of the model. This is even with a reinforcing metal pin through the entire leg. I can put up with it when the model was free though

Mine did the same exact thing! I broke mine into two separate squigs though in an attempt to have two, but after painting them up, they bent at the ankle and are now licking the ground with their tongues. Coincidentally, I received another Mangler Squig in an eBay lot purchase but it's still in it's box. I think I might have some "terrain" on this new one's base that's serving more of a purpose than just aesthetics. If it can help hold it in position, that's great. Maybe the Squig can be licking a muchroom or something. I'm not going to break this one up though.
